She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hass and Mary Hass (Schladweiler); her husband Leroy Leider; her sister Loraine Jacoby; and her niece Roseanne Schoenemann.
She is survived by: her children, Lance Leider (Nancy Hoffman), Linnae Grimm (Joe), Roman Leider (Agnes) and Leroy "Bud" Leider (Tania); her grandchildren, Valerie Pieper (Gary), Cheyenne Mullikin (Alex), Rachel Hubner (Casey), Samuel Grimm, Morgan Leider, Hannah Langhoff (Cody), Roman J. Leider II (Stefane), Angela Leider and Julia Leider; her great grandchildren, Calvin and Silas; her close friend Charles Beck; and her friend Sam Arendt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other friends.
Beyond her responsibilities on the County Board, Rose was passionately involved with community organizations such as the National Flag Day Foundation and the Salvation Army, where her generosity and commitment made a lasting impact.
