He is survived by: his sister Diana Crum (David); his nieces and nephews, Phil Cochran, Travis Cochran, Shawn Stevens, Lacee Cochran and Danielle Hollingsworth (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Lesa Stevens and Cindy Eveland.
