He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Earl and Naomi Amick (Paswater); his wife Mary; and his siblings, Robert, Dale, Will, Betty, Helen and Irene.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Linda and Wayne; his children, Linda D Amick, Gary Amick (Sherry), Wayne Reeves (Dan) and Brenda Arnett (Gerald); his grandchildren, Melissa, Stephanie, Jennifer, Amanda, Nicholas and Bradley; his great grandchildren, Garrett, Nathan, Jaren, Cody, Justice and Kyndal; and his brothers, Donald, Ervin and Kenny.
