She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Alexander and Edith Alexander (Huffer). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Patchett of Forest; her son Brian K. Patchett of Forest; her stepdaughter Jo M. Carr (Mark A.) of Frankfort; and her siblings, Robert Alexander of Amarillo, TX, Donald Alexander (Margaret) of Frankfort, Gladys Bacon of Sheridan, Virginia Alexander of Frankfort, Roberta Crose (Dan) of Feurabush, NY and Charlotte Wellman (Randy) of Frankfort.

Out of respect for the health, safety, and comfort of all in attendance, guests will be expected to adhere to current CDC guidelines regarding appropriate social distancing and the wearing of masks.
