It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard K. Smith (Forest, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Edna Smith (Moody); and his daughter Shellie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Tamara "Tami" Smith (Gasper); his children, Tina Smith, Stephen Smith, Daniel Smith, Christine Broad and Chris Smith; and his sisters, Wanda Inabnit and Waneta Montgomery. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Leonard's name may be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
