He was predeceased by: his father Owen Sizemore; his son Darren Dion Sizemore; and his siblings, Vanessa Bowman, Maxine Spencer, Geneva Evans, Dean, Dennis and Glen Sizemore.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Sizemore; his children, Rodney Sizemore (Tamara) and Cynthia Sizemore (Lisa); his grandchildren, Chad (Donna), Cody, Elijah, Amanda (Adam), Damon (Amber) and Mandi; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Maleijha, Jayce, Braylon, Haisley and Knoxley; and his siblings, Chloe Spencer (Roger), Dixie Hinebeck (Steve), Joan Powell (Aubrey), Evelyn Overbey, Kenneth Sizemore (Jean) and Wayne Sizemore (Alice).

Memorial contributions, if so desired, in Kermit's name may be made to American Cancer Association.
