He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Bertel (Joe), Sherry Underwood, Jerry Underwood (Shirley), Michele Cambridge (Steve), Mike Underwood (Carla Myers), Sherry Henry (Cameron) and Sharon Chandler (Jason); his daughter Nicci Fravel; his grandsons, Dylan and Daniel; and his great-nieces, Alexis and Colleen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
