She was predeceased by: her father Harold Carter; her husband James Thomas Hoskins; and her sister Jessie Jean Brock (Billy). She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Stark Clermont Fl (Ken) and Penny Dixon (Mark); her grandchildren, Nicole Stark Cardone (Anthony) of Indianapolis, Natalie Stark Baum (Phil) of Clermont Fl, Shannon Dixon Wilkerson (Kenny) of Nashville, Chad Dixon (Sarah) of Trafalgar and Brooke Dixon Dinnen (Mike) of Okeechobee Fl; and her great grandchildren, Chandler, Kateleigh, Maddilyn Browning, Chase Wilkerson of Nashville, Harper, Lucy Baum of Clermont Fl, Willie, Colt Dixon of Trafalgar and Knox Dinnen of Okeechobee Fl.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Hospice House in Columbus Indiana, Alzheimer's Association, or donor's favorite charity.
