He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Clemmons; and his siblings, Robert Clemmons (Artie) and Imo Gene Romines (Anderson T.). He is survived by: his daughter Linda Blackwell (Carl); his grandchildren, Scott Blackwell (Amy) and Pam Groote (Peter); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah, Benjamin, Grayson and Keeley; and his brother Phillip Clemmons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
