He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shelby Townsend and Sylvia Townsend (Gordon); his wife Hazel Pearson; his children, Kevin Townsend (Brenda) and Lisa Lorenz (Steve); his son-in-law Kevin Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Jessica Bridgewater (Peter), Kevin Kyle Townsend, Kaitlin Carter (Ross) and Ian Lorenz; his great grandchild Canaan Ross Carter; his siblings, Rosemary Leckrone (Howard) and Joe Townsend; his daughter Marcia Bridgewater; and his sister Anna Mae Townsend.
