He is survived by: his children, Brad Rains (Lynn), Mark Rains (Kristi) and Sheri Rains; his daughter-in-law Judy Rains; his brother Donnie Rains; and his grandchildren, Jason Rains, Jeremy Rains, Michael Rains, Matthew Rains, Nichole Greenwalt, Ashton Rains and Austin Rains. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
