He was predeceased by: his father Chester Everly; and his stepfather Ed Conner. He is survived by: his mother Karen Powell (Mears) of Tennyson, IN; his siblings, Jeff Everly (Donna) of Newburgh, IN and Jessica "Nadine" Salm (Doug) of Boonville, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Brittney, Taylor and Christian. He is also survived by 2 great nephews; 1 great niece.
