She was predeceased by: her father George Davis. She is survived by: her husband Bill DeWilligen; and her children, Holly Hedges (Doug), Laura Angell (Bobby), Deanna Hawley (Sam), David DeWilligen and Rachel Hughes. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations in Sandra's name to the Harvest Time Ministries in Floyds Knobs, Indiana.
