She is survived by: her husband Thomas Cooper; her children, Stacey Rudy (Nick), Brandi Cooper (Jason) and Mary White (Shawn); and her grandchildren, Jacob, Easton, Gabby, Shawn "Bubba" and Katelyn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kosair Charities.
