It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Lee Spratt of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, born in Hodgenville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Montie Spratt and Mary Spratt (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Spratt; and his sister Winnie Shive. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews; and many friends.
