He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ann Mook; his parents, William Mook and Thelma Mook; and his brother Jim Mook. He is survived by: his children, Bradley T. Mook (Sheila), Winiferd "Winnie" F. Moyen and Julie Ann Demoss; and his brothers, Rex and Dan Mook. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
