It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Holcomb of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvey Holcomb and Lena Holcomb (Cullens); his wife Lydia Holcomb (Breeding); and his sister Ruth Jenkins. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Aaron Nichols, Karyn Howlett (Nichols) and Gordon Nichols (Teri); his grandsons, Jeff Nichols (Jessica) and Marcus Nichols (Cassie); his great grandchildren, Evalynn Nichols, Fynn Nichols and Dean Bales; and his siblings, Arvey Holcomb (Ima Jean), Bobby Holcomb and Martha Caldwell.
