He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Frank and Velva Pindell Frank; and his son John Anthony "Tony" Frank. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Lopp Frank; his son Daniel D. Frank (Diana); his grandchildren, Tara D. Haskins (Brian), Daniel D. Frank II (Athena), David A. Frank and Dana M. Reams (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Dylan Young, Coby Young, Logan Young and Lettie Reams.
