With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Tandy High of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 2, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth High and Clay Ellis High; and his daughter Carrie Marie High Wittekind (Adam). He is survived by: his wife Gigi McKnight-High; his daughter Morgan Tandy High Orgain (Robert); his grandchildren, Charlee Shockley, Maury Francis, Mada and Andrew Wittekind; his siblings, Ellessa High and Kenneth High; and his nephew Clay Johnson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pearson Funeral Home (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cave Hill Cemetery (701 Baxter Ave, Louisville, KY 40204).
