He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert "Sonny" and Judith "Judy" Arthur II; his niece Katie Arthur; and his grandparents, Virga and Delbert Arthur Sr..

He is survived by: his children, J. D. Arthur and Shirley of Nevada; the mother of his children Laura Arthur; and his brother Pete Arthur.
