He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alvey Sr. and Clarissa Eubank Alvey. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Alvey; his children, Angie Tevis (Danny), Gary Alvey (Heather) and Kevin Alvey; his grandchildren, Cody Tevis (Sarah), Jacob Tevis, Hannah Campbell (Isaac), Katelin Alvey, Dalton Alvey, Josey Alvey, Elijah Alvey, Abel Alvey and Carly Alvey; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Campbell, Waylon Campbell, Wren Alvey, Oliver Tevis and Amelia Tevis; and his siblings, Tammy Campbell (Sonny), Karen Campbell, Shelia Pennington (Steve) and Melynda Nash (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
