She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo "Lonnie" McQuay and Emma Hungate McQuay; her spouse Finis Perry; her daughter Karen Hurst; and her siblings, Lestil McQuay, Donald McQuay, Biard McQuay, David McQuay, Larry McQuay and Virginia McQuay.

She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Lauer, Judy Woods and Calvin McQuay; her children, Mark Perry of Owasso, Okla, Mindy Lawrence of Campbellsburg, Lisa d'Ambrosi of Richmond and Richard Perry of Anna; and her pet Toby. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
