He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Cunningham and Geneva Faye O'Connor (Cunningham); and his siblings, Ronnie Dale Cunningham, Russell H. "Rusty" Morrison, Kevin O'Connor, James Allen and Francis Lane O'Connor.
He is survived by: his children, Clayton Carter (Emily) of Aurora, IN, Nicholas Carter (Edna) of Walton, KY and Logan Roberts (Vern) of Versailles, IN; his grandchildren, Nicholas "Nicky" Carter, Joseph Carter, Cassidy Carter, Heather Race, Jacob Carter, Emma Carter, Earl Carter, Olivia Carter and Sophia Carter; and his siblings, Robert Eugene Cunningham of Vevay, IN, Joe O'Connor of Patriot, IN and Teressa Durbin (Blake) of Carrollton. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews and cousins.
