She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Margaret Stutzman (Cornelius) and Gordon Edward Stutzman; her husbands, Paul Frederick James and Walter Henry Baker; her daughter Julia Marie James; her grandson John Shelley; her great grandchild Brooklyn James; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Stutzman and Anita Stutzman.

She is survived by: her former husband Bob Chance; her husband Richard Roy Adams of Florence, IN; her children, Victoria Meyer (Hugh) of Springs, TX, Paul Frederick James, Jr. (Mayme) of Vevay, IN and Michael Lee James (Cathy) of Vevay, IN; her grandchildren, Brian, Chris, Natalie, Danny, Paula Jo, Sarah, Blake and Tessa; her great grandchildren, Luke, Katelyn, Mason, Caleb, Annie, Jessie, Dylan, Nolan, Madison, Isabella, Logan, Corbyn and Connor; her great great grandchildren, Tobias, Ezekiel and Atlas; and her brothers, Bob Stutzman of Rising Sun, IN, John Stutzman (Bonnie) of Leavenworth, IN, George Stutzman (Mary Lee) of Leavenworth, IN, David Stutzman (Linda) of Brookville, IN and Gordon Stutzman of Rising Sun, IN. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
