She is survived by: her children, David Ford of Chillicothe, OH, Kelly Huff (Bobby) of Shepherdsville, KY, Michael Lee York, Jr. (Amy) of Piqua, OH, Jessica York of Erlanger, KY and Mickey York of Florence, IN; her grandchildren, Gaige (Chelsea), Dakota, Clayton (Alyssa), Erianna, Lilly, Annie, Leah, Liam, Avery, Kayla and Katie; her great grandchildren, Greyson and Aliyah; and her siblings, Donna Jones (Victor) of Mineola, TX and Thomas Ford of Mineola, TX. She is also survived by her several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
