He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernald Mills and Phoebe Mills (Wilson); his wife Betty Jane Sanderson; his son Brent Mills; and his brother David Mills.

He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Delworth (Tim) and Jane Deno (Jeremy); and his grandsons, Alex, Carter Delworth, Brock and Luke Deno.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll Memorial Scholarship Fund or Flora Christian Church.
