He was predeceased by: his sisters-in-law, Linda Ousley and Marcia Ousley. He is survived by: his wife Becky Ousley; his sons, Pastor Kevin Ousley (Pam) of Columbia City and Rod Ousley (Shelly) of Columbia City; his grandchildren, Brey Ousley, Blake Ousley, Clay Ousley, Kylee Ousley and Emma Ousley; and his brothers, Homer Ousley, Jr. of North Manchester and Jerry Ousley of Larwill.
Memorial donations may be made to Tri-County Fish & Wildlife Area, Whitley County 4-H or Coesse/Jefferson Chapel United Methodist Church Youth Group.
