She was predeceased by: her brother Bill Smith; and her sister-in-law Betty Smith. She is survived by: her spouse Bradley Gene Tate; her daughter Bonnie Daugherty (Kris); her siblings, Brenda Jean Stores (Chris) and Edward Smith; her grandchildren, Eric Daugherty, Chad Daugherty and Shawn Daugherty; and her great grandchildren, Savannah Jo Daugherty and Kinsley Marie Daugherty.
