James Richard Reef Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Reef of Flora, Indiana, born in Cutler, Indiana, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Reef and Ruby Reef (Smith); his son Rick Reef; and his siblings, Betty Schneib and Doyle Reef.

He is survived by: his spouse Jamie Harris; his children, David Reef (Marty), Lisa Reef-Fulton and Mike Reef (Sarah); his stepsons, Jason Kiser (Caroline) and Dusty Guise; and his siblings, Don Reef, Jerry Reef (Diana), Dan Reef (Pat) and Shirley Brown (Dale). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandchild; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
