She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alonzo and Marie Sexton (Kelm); her siblings, William "Billie" Sexton, Homer "Bud" Sexton, Roger Sexton and Ellen; and her stepfather Lawrence Deck.
She is survived by: her husband Georges Rioux; her sons, Jeff Bates (Patricia) and Rob Bates; and her sisters, Cecelia and Kathy. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
