Florence V. Spurgeon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence V. Spurgeon of Flora, Indiana, born in Fulton, Indiana, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Frazier and Marie Frazier (Strong); her daughter Rebecca Spurgeon; her siblings, Mary Girton, William Frazier, Margie Smith, Betty Reynolds, Hazel Cushing and Pauline Starr; and also Merry Sindlinger-Stoner.
She is survived by: her children, Rachael Yates (Bob), Mark Spurgeon, Angela Hayes (Tom) and Rona Sedberry (Dan); and her grandchildren, Emily Miller (Jason), Michael Yates, Todd Yates (Chrissa), Danielle Marie Williams and Thomas Devin Hopwood. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of floral arrangements, donations may be made to the Carroll County Cancer Association or the American Cancer Society.
