She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Bokma and Florence Bokma-Jensen (Herath); her husband Richard "Nub" Welsh; and her sister Charlotte Smith. She is survived by: her children, Karen Southerland, Sandra Welsh and Patrick Welsh of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Matthew Southerland, Morgan Welsh (Taylor), Paige Jackson (Cedric), Sara Inskeep (Gabriel) and Emma Welsh; her great grandchild Elizabeth Welsh; and her siblings-in-law, Tom, Mike Welsh and Mary Antcliff.
