He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles Meade. He is survived by: his children, Cree Meade and Casey Meade; his mother Michelle Jameson of Royal Center; his stepfather Jeff Jameson of Royal Center; his father Chris Meade of Thorntown; his stepmother Karen Meade of Thorntown; his brother Chase Meade; his grandparents, Dale Haltom of Cloverdale, Karen Haltom of Cloverdale, Don Litchey of Indianapolis and Darlene Litchey of Indianapolis; his aunts, Craig Meade, Donna Meade of Fishers, Jeremy Jameson of Royal Center, Shane Jameson of Logansport, David Jameson and Tia Jameson of Logansport; and also Sidney Meade.

The family has opened an account at Lafayette Bank and Trust for the Codey Meade Family Donation Fund.
