We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2018, at the age of 26, Codey M. Meade (Flora, Indiana), born in Lafayette, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles Meade. He is survived by: his parents, Chris Meade and Michelle Haltom; his children, Cree Meade and Casey Meade; his stepparents, Jeff Jameson of Royal Center and Karen Meade of Thorntown; his brother Chase; his grandparents, Dale, Karen Haltom of Cloverdale, Don and Darlene Litchey of Indianapolis; his stepsisters, Brooklynn Jameson, Ashlynn Jameson and Kayla Hieston; his uncles, Craig (Donna Meade), Jeremy Jameson of Royal Center, Shane Jameson of Logansport and David (Tia Jameson); his nephew Crewe Meade; and his niece Statyn Meade.
The family would appreciate all donations be given to the fund and no flowers please.
