It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Vicory (Flora, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earmon "Willis" and Vesta Reed (Collins); her husband Robert Vicory; and her sister Connie Slusher.
