It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Mefford (Flat Rock, Indiana), born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on August 20, 2019, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Mefford and Shannon Randall (Kleber); his stepfather Jonathan Randall; his son Joseph Mefford, Jr.; his sisters, Chelsey Mefford and Megan Mefford; his half-sisters, Elizabeth Emmons and Ashley Fletcher; and also, Bill Fletcher, Desiree Peoples and Alex Randall.
