He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Bennett and Alice Bennett (Brown); his first love Bonnie Bennett; his son William Randall Bennett; and his brothers, Leo and Harold Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Hayworth (Buzz), Karen McGuire and Steven Bennett (Denise); and his sister Mary Walker (Skip). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Washington Park East (10722 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229).
