She was predeceased by: her father Edward Gillespie; her daughter Connie King; and her siblings, Joe Gillespie, Edward Gillespie II, Samuel Gillespie, Harry Gillespie, John Gillespie, Gilbert Gillespie, Ruth McCord, Helen Mollenkopf and Dorothea Mikesell.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Owens (Vicky), Scott Owens (Sibylle) and Kirk Owens (Cindy); and her sister Margaret Mayles. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
