She was predeceased by: her husband William Andrew Nelson; her granddaughter Stephanie Sachs; her brother-in-law Robert DeMarco; and her parents, Nicholas Cassano and Isabella Cassano.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Nelson (Debbie), Jeanne Nelson, Andrea Sachs, Mark Nelson (Debbie) and Donna McCurdy (John); her grandchildren, Kaleigh, Corey, Matthew, Jacqueline, Rachel, Venetia, Rachelle, Audrey, Jordan and Brendan; her sister Tina DeMarco; and her nieces, Gina DeMarco and Christa Rice (Peter). She is also survived by her 14 great grandchildren.
