She was predeceased by: her father Seung Woo Cha. She is survived by: her mother Sei Young "Vitus" Kwak; her siblings, Phyllis Cha and Wesley Cha; her aunt Seung Won Cha; and her uncle Hong Seo Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family, through the funeral home, to aid in the care of Phoebe's animals.
