It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip J. Booth of Fishers, Indiana, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phillip J. Booth to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Booth and Mary Booth (Quear); his wife Betty "Becky" Booth; and his siblings, Richard Booth, Jenny Booth and Denny Booth.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Booth (Minda), Ron Booth (Linda Kruse), Jeff Booth (Jackie) and Thomas Booth (Kelli). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
