He is survived by: his wife Sally Bell; his son Nicholas "Cole" Askins; his sisters, Lynda Condon (Albert "Doc") and Karen Callahan (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Lindsey, Matthew Callahan (Amber) and Jamie Callahan-Droddy (Brad).
