He was predeceased by: his parents, John, Sr. Hinkle and Lela Hinkle (Todd); and his brothers, Harlan Hinkle, John Hinkle, Jr. and Jerry Hinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Hinkle; his daughters, Stephanie Gambrel (Brian) and Sarah Jones (Kelly); his grandchildren, Elliott, Graham and Naomi Jones; and his siblings, Phoebe Ivers, Nancy Cobb and Roger Hinkle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, and dear friends.
