She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hostetter and Winifred Hostetter (Lalley); her husband William O'Neil May; her daughter Teresa May Ballart; and her grandson Jay Howell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Rich (Terry) of Anderson, IN, Laurie Howell (Ronnie) of Muncie, IN, Mary Elaine May of Santa Clara, CA, Nancy Jamrose of Daytona, FL, Tricia Carrico (John) of Fishers, IN and Maureen Fox (Kevin) of Indianapolis, IN; and her grandchildren, Alison Ballart, Adam Ballart, Ryan Rich, Rhett Rich, Renae Osterhout, Jordan Howell, Kayley Howell, Kelsey Weiss, Ethan Jamrose, Drew Jamrose, Stacy Binder, Lexi Carrico, Lucas Carrico, Olivia Carrico, Isabelle Fox, Emma Fox and Lily Fox. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
