She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vey and Alene Vey Westenbarger (Perry); her husband William L. Seibert; and her sister Virginia Smalley. She is survived by: her daughter Marsha Bradley; her granddaughters, Amy Pollak (Steve) and Alisa Haworth (Mat); and her great grandchildren, Konnar, Donavan, Drew, Hunter, Carter and Elsie. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
