She is survived by: her parent Lee Clendenin; her spouse Eugene "Gene" Hoffman; her sons, Nicholas Hoffman (Cicely), Alex Hoffman (Molly) and David Hoffman (Melissa); her grandchildren, Max Hoffman, Cooper Hoffman and Adelynn Hoffman; and her siblings, Edward F. Clendenin Jr. (Pat) and Janice L. Collins.
