She is survived by: her husband Larry Eugene Howie; her sons, Douglas Howie (Courtney) and Derek Howie (Amy); her siblings, Nancy Gray (Joe Scudder) and John Benson (Jane); and her grandchildren, Rachel Howie, Malea Howie, Mitchell Howie and Zeke Howie.
