She is survived by: her children, Amanda Marie Gutierrez (Jason), Teresa Lynn Fisher (Brad), Jon Paul Forner and Stephen Michael Forner (Kelly); and her siblings, Keith Allen, Beth Sterkel (Bob) and Lori Sherman (Dan). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
