He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Spiker and Helen Spiker (Shelhorn). He is survived by: his wife Sue Jane Spiker (Heerman); and his children, Debi Slone (David), Terrie Petty (Tim), Dan Spiker (Kim), Kathy Field (Rob) and Diane Lapinski (Chris). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
