With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Hoffman of Fishers, Indiana, born in Winamac, Indiana, who passed away on March 13, 2022 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janice Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bonnell and Helen Bonnell (Baker); and also, Melvin and Joanne Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Hoffman; her brothers, Leland Bonnell (Megan) and Kim Bonnell (Kathy); and also, Teresa Branstine (Robert), Michael Hoffman, Leslie Hoffman (Linda) and Jeffrey Hoffman (Beth). She is also survived by her cousins, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
